When can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders will be processed and shipped within one business day. Arrival of orders expected within 5-7 full business days.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once orders are placed it automatically goes into production, so be sure to double-check your order before placing it. You may contact us to see if an order is still eligible to cancel or change.
What is your return policy?

Do you ship internationally?
For the meantime we are not shipping outside of the US. However, we are looking forward to shipping worldwide in the near future. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
We will always do our best to assist you, but KO Baby Clothing does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them. Please note that USPS is experiencing some delays and we require up to 10 days for lost packages to be replaced. You may also reach out to info@kobabyclothing.com to help resolve your issue.
Do you accept exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchange unless you receive a faulty product. Please note if you order the wrong item, any adjustments needed, etc, that the return shipping cost of the item(s) will be at the buyer’s expense as well as the shipping cost for KO Baby Shop to ship it back to the buyer. An additional cost will be charged if you need substantial changes, i.e. changing items.
Where is my order confirmation email?
An order confirmation email is sent automatically when an order is placed. After confirming that your order confirmation email did not go to your spam/junk folder, please contact us at info@kobabyclothing.com
What is the best way to care for my KO Baby Clothing?

- Machine Wash Cold (Gentle Cycle Only) w/ like Colors & Fabrics (Bamboo)
- Tumble Dry Low for 30 minutes Max
- If Garment Still Damp - Hang Dry
- No Bleach
- No Ironing Needed
- Minimal amount of harsh detergent
KO Baby does not recommend using the dryer. We recommend hanging or laying flat to dry. To Maintain Quality Avoid Harsh Chemicals, Additives & Bleach
Are magnets washer and dryer safe?
Magnets are safe for both washing and drying as long as you adhere to specific care instructions. Ensure all fasteners are closed before washing and drying. Tumble dry on low heat with a full load for 30 minutes, and line dry any garments that remain damp.
Only use non-chlorine bleach if necessary, and avoid washing in industrial or commercial dryers to maintain the integrity of the magnets.
What are these marks/indentions on my new items? Are they damaged?
Our products are steamed right before they are packaged. Sometimes, in transit, the fabric can develop marks or indentations from the way it is folded. Since bamboo is such a delicate fabric and it is folded while warm, the compression during transport can cause indentations or marks that appear to have a sheen or lightness in the color of the fabric. These marks are not defects, and they should disappear after the first wash. If you have any issues, feel free to reach out and contact customer service.
My item is damaged. What do I do?
If you receive an item that is damaged, please message us with a clear photo of the damaged area. We cannot replace a damaged item if we do not see the damage. To qualify for an exchange or refund, the clothing must have the original tags attached and not be worn, washed, dyed, or altered.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the product upon receiving to ensure there are no faults. If buyer does not contact KO Baby Shop within 7 days of delivery, it is to be assumed the buyer accepts the product as is and returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
